What is a discovery call?
A discovery call is a free service to help get to know you better. We will talk about your health goals and what your individualized plan would look like. All discovery calls are free of commitment, so there is no pressure on the patient.
What happens at an initial appointment?
All initial appointments start with a deep dive into you as a person. Questions often include things about your health history, lab work that you find important, your interest/hobbies, eating styles - what makes you, you. At Everday Living Nutrition, we like to focus on who you are as an individual, so we like to take the extra step to get to know you better.
The rest of the appointment will review your specific plan based on program you selected, review nutrition education based on your plan, and review goal setting together.
What happens if I have to cancel an appointment?
We get it, life happens. Please let us know at least 12-hours in advance that you are not going to be able to make it.
